Lateness

If you are 10 minutes late we might not be able to go ahead with the appointment and you will be charged the remaining balance. If there is a chance of fitting you in late there will be a £10 charge added to your total.

Age

You need to ensure you have a valid ID on you at your appointment. We also do not tolerate bringing children to any appointments unfortunately so please do not bring children/ anyone under 18.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment this can be done within the booking link. If you’d like to rearrange you can cancel the unwanted appointment, then let us know when you’d like to move it for.

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable and they secure your appointment. If you cancel you will not get a refund.

Medication

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before your appointment. If you are on antibiotics, blood thinners or anything similar you can not get a tattoo. If you are not sure if you can get a tattoo please consult with your doctor.

Aftercare

• Esthete Studio will provide you with aftercare instructions verbally and in writing

• Aftercare is essential; improper aftercare can lead to complications and is the clients responsibility if not followed.

• Touch-ups due to the tattoo being fineline are offered, however touch ups resulting from picking, sun exposure, swimming or any other avoidable causes may be charged
