Lateness

If you are 15 minutes late we will not be able to go ahead with the anppointment and you will be charged the remaining balance. If there is a chance of fitting you in late there will be a £20 charge added to your total.

Age

You need to ensure you have a valid ID on you at your appointment. We also do not tolerate bringing children to any appointments unfortunately so please do not bring children/ anyone under 18.

Cancellation

Any appointment that need to be cancelled or rearranged must do this 48 hours before the appointment. If you fail to do so your card will be charged. 

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable and they secure your appointment, you can cancel before 48 hours of the appointment time and it can be rolled over but anything past this will result in an extra charge
